Requirements:

Proficient
in Microsoft Office 365 (We can provide on the job training):
The ideal candidate should have a
solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. While prior experience is preferred, Belgotex is willing to provide training to candidates who demonstrate potential and a
willingness to learn.

Proficient
in Windows environment (Windows 10, Server 2012-2019):
Candidates should possess a strong
working knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Server
2012-2019. Familiarity with system configurations, troubleshooting, and
administration tasks is essential for success in this role.

Understanding
of networking (switches, firewalls, VLAN’s, wireless etc):
A fundamental understanding of
networking concepts is required, including knowledge of switches, firewalls,
VLANs, and wireless technologies. Candidates should be able to troubleshoot
basic networking issues and collaborate with network specialists to resolve
more complex issues.

Grade
12 / Matric:
Candidates must have completed Grade
12 or an equivalent qualification (Matric) to be considered for this position.

Bachelor’s
degree in computer science / information technology / software development /
Networking or similar:
A bachelor’s degree in computer
science, Information Technology, Software Development, Networking, or a related

the IT team in delivering windows, desktop, and infrastructure assistance

Managing
end-point devices such as laptops, mobile devices, 2in1s, and desktops

Overseeing
the operation of the IT Helpdesk and addressing IT inquiries

Assisting
in managing asset inventory and preparing for audits
·
Providing
physical support for VoIP phones
·
Identifying
and resolving common computer issues
·
Handling
the repair process for faulty hardware
