Kadar Asmal launched the Further Education and Training (FET) sector at the

Vocational Education and Training (TVET) by Minister Dr. Blade Nzimande. CJC is
one of 50 public TVET colleges in South Africa, operating under the Department
of Higher Education and Training (DHET), and is one of eight TVET colleges in
Gauteng.
