Who is Eligible to Apply?

a South African citizen.

Be
under the age of 21.
·

completed Matric or be currently in Matric.
·
Have
no prior post-matric qualifications.

pursuing or intending to pursue an undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science.

Demonstrate
exceptional academic performance, particularly in Mathematics (with a minimum
of 80%) and English (HL: 60% minimum, FAL: 70% minimum).

Be
prepared to study at one of the following South African universities:
University of Cape Town, Stellenbosch University, University of Pretoria,
University of the Witwatersrand, University of the Free State, or North-West
University.

Demonstrate
a commitment to qualifying as an actuary and working for Old Mutual after
graduation.

timed), you will need to attach a One pager CV. Shortlisted candidates will

will receive a provisional offer, which will be confirmed upon receipt of your
final matric results and proof of acceptance at a university for an Actuarial
Science or Accounting Science programme.
